4. Formation of Agreements on Space App

Space App is a facilitator of agreements between different users:

  • When a Seller and Influencer mutually confirm a Deal for a Campaign in the app (by both clicking accept/confirm on the agreed terms), they are entering a direct contract with each other. Space App provides the platform for this arrangement but is not a party to that contract (except as an intermediary to handle tracking and payments as described). Seller and Influencer are expected to fulfill their obligations to each other as outlined in the Deal and in these Terms.
  • When a Buyer purchases a product from a Seller through Space App, the sales contract is between the Buyer and the Seller. Space App may facilitate the transaction (e.g., by processing payment on the Seller’s behalf), but Space App is not the seller of the product. The Seller is responsible for product fulfillment and quality, and the Buyer is responsible for paying for the product. In the following sections, we break down specific terms that apply to Sellers, Influencers, and Buyers respectively, followed by general Platform policies and legal terms that apply to all.
