2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility Requirements​

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register as a Seller or Influencer on Space App. Buyers must be at least 18 years old to make purchases, or otherwise use the Platform under a parent or guardian’s supervision.

By creating an account, you represent that you meet these age requirements. If you are under the age of majority, a parent or guardian must read and agree to these Terms on your behalf and will be responsible for your use of the Platform.

2.2 Account Setup​

To use Space App, you must sign up and create a profile relevant to your role (Seller, Influencer, or Buyer). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your name, contact information (such as email address and phone number), and any other details required by your role.

  • Sellers may be required to provide business information, product catalog details, and payment or payout information.
  • Influencers may be required to link social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, YouTube), provide audience metrics, a mailing address for product shipments, and payment details to receive commissions.
  • Buyers may be required to provide a shipping address and payment method when making purchases.

2.3 Account Security​

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password and ensure your account is secure.

You agree to notify Space App immediately at spaceapp@klabs.ltd of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach. Space App is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account.

2.4 One Account Per Role​

You agree not to create multiple accounts in the same role or misrepresent your identity.

Examples:

  • An Influencer may not create fake identities or multiple profiles to obtain additional campaigns.
  • A Seller must use one account per business or brand unless otherwise approved by Space App.

Space App reserves the right to reject, suspend, or terminate duplicate or falsified accounts.

2.5 Verification​

Space App may verify your registration information, including:

  • Influencer social media followers or engagement metrics
  • Seller business legitimacy or product compliance

Verification may involve automated tools (including AI-driven verification) and manual reviews. You agree to provide reasonable documentation upon request, such as:

  • Government-issued identification
  • Proof of address
  • Proof of product ownership or compliance

Account approval and continued access may be contingent on successful verification.

2.6 Authorized Use; No Transfer​

Accounts must be created by the individual or entity that will use them.

If you create an account on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In such cases, references to “you” apply to that entity.

You may not transfer your account to another person or allow others to use it without Space App’s prior written consent.
