3. Community Guidelines & Acceptable Use

We strive to keep Space App a safe, respectful, and honest marketplace for all users. By using the Platform, you agree to the following general conduct rules:

  • Legal & Ethical Use: You will use Space App only for lawful purposes. You will not use the Platform to engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities. This includes (but isn’t limited to) not selling prohibited products, not engaging in money laundering or fraud, and not violating any export controls or intellectual property laws.
  • Respectful Communication: You will treat other users (Sellers, Influencers, Buyers) with respect and professionalism. Do not engage in harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or abusive messaging on the Platform. In-app messaging should be used for constructive communication related to campaigns, products, and purchases. Any form of bullying, threats, or inappropriate content is strictly forbidden.
  • No Spam or Unwanted Solicitation: You will not spam other users with mass messages, irrelevant offers, or repetitive content. Influencers should not indiscriminately solicit free products from Sellers without genuine interest, and Sellers should not spam Influencers with campaign offers outside the Platform’s matching system.
  • Platform Integrity: Do not interfere with or disrupt the operation of Space App. This means you won’t attempt to hack the app, introduce malware, or scrape data from the Platform without authorization. Additionally, do not attempt to manipulate our matching algorithms or tracking systems (for example, using bots or fake traffic to boost sales or follower counts).
  • No Circumvention: You agree not to circumvent the Platform. Sellers and Influencers should not complete deals or payments off-platform that originated through Space App, as this bypasses our ability to track commissions and enforce protections. (For clarity: if a Seller and Influencer meet via Space App, they should finalize campaign agreements and compensation through Space App. Likewise, Buyers should complete purchases through the provided links or checkout in the Platform when interacting with Space App campaigns.) Attempts to cut out Space App’s involvement, such as an Influencer asking Buyers to purchase through an unofficial link, or a Seller paying an Influencer under-the-table to avoid tracking, are violations of these Terms. Honesty and Transparency: You will be honest in your profile and content. Sellers must accurately describe products and campaign terms; Influencers must accurately represent their audience and use required sponsorship disclosures in their content; Buyers must provide truthful information in orders. Misrepresentation or deceit undermines trust on the Platform and is prohibited.
  • Content Standards: Any content you post or share on Space App (such as product listings, profile info, messages, or reviews) must be appropriate and not infringe anyone’s rights. Do not post content that is obscene, pornographic, defamatory, violates privacy, or contains someone else’s copyrighted material or trademarks without permission. If you share images (e.g., product photos or profile pictures), you must have the rights to do so. We may remove or moderate content that violates these standards.
  • Confidentiality of Others’ Information: If you learn any confidential information through Space App (for example, a Seller shares a not-yet-released product with an Influencer, or a Buyer’s personal details for shipping), you must keep that information confidential and use it only for the intended purpose. Do not exploit or expose another user’s information obtained through the Platform. Enforcement: Space App reserves the right to monitor interactions on the Platform (including messages) for compliance and safety. We may warn, suspend, or terminate users who violate the above guidelines (see Section 9 on Termination). We want Space App to be a positive experience for everyone, so please use common sense and kindness in all your dealings.
